Do I have to replace my current pharmacy software?+
No. OrderList sits alongside it and handles ordering and out-of-stock tracking. You keep using your existing software for sales and stock, and simply import your catalogue into OrderList.
Is my data mixed in with other pharmacies'?+
No. Each pharmacy gets its own database at sign-up. No query can reach another pharmacy's data.
Can I import my catalogue from EasyPharm?+
Yes. OrderList reads EasyPharm exports directly: nomenclature, sales by margin, sales by quantity, and stock. The files are matched up automatically by product name.
Does it work on a phone?+
Yes. The interface is built to be used at the counter on a phone or tablet, and the list can be shared straight to WhatsApp.
Is it available in Arabic?+
Yes — French, English and Arabic, with a layout that adapts to right-to-left reading.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Your workspace and your data are kept. You move to a subscription to keep importing your catalogue as often as you need.
