Getting started

Create your pharmacy workspace, invite your team, and learn how the app is laid out.

OrderList gives every pharmacy its own workspace at its own address. This page covers getting set up.

Create your workspace

When you sign up you choose an identifier for your pharmacy. It becomes your address: choose "central-pharmacy" and your team signs in at central-pharmacy.orderlist.app.

The identifier cannot be changed afterwards, because it is your workspace address. Pick it carefully.

A dedicated database is created for your pharmacy at sign-up, along with a demonstration catalogue so the app is not empty on first login. You will replace it with your own.

Invite your team

The account created at sign-up is an administrator. Other team members register from your workspace login page, and the administrator approves their access.

  • The administrator manages users, settings and catalogue imports
  • Other users work with the missing-products list and the catalogue
  • An unapproved account sees none of the pharmacy data

How the app is laid out

  • Home: today's missing-products list and catalogue search
  • Settings: catalogue imports, preferences and pharmacy details
  • Admin: users and usage statistics, administrator only

Next step

Import your real catalogue. If you use EasyPharm, the dedicated import is the fastest route.
