Capture missing products, use the order flags, and get the list to your wholesaler.

This is the day-to-day use of the app: capture what you are out of at the counter, then send the list.
Add a missing product
Search the catalogue and add the product to today's list. Search works on the name, and you can also type or scan a barcode.
A product not in your catalogue
Sometimes a customer asks for something you do not stock at all. You can add it by hand with a name and a type, or paste a link and let the app try to read the product name from it.
These stay as list entries and never enter your catalogue, so a full catalogue reload will not make them disappear.
The order flags
- Customer order: a specific customer is waiting for this product
- Pending prescription: a prescription cannot be filled without it
- Urgent: push this one with the wholesaler
- Lost sale: the sale could not happen — useful when reviewing what to buy
Sending the list
- WhatsApp: straight to the wholesaler, with quantities and flags
- Excel: export the table for your records or your management software
- Print: a paper copy for the counter
Filtering the catalogue
If your products are organised into families and sub-families you can narrow the search to one family, on desktop and on mobile.
